(Personal Account Teller) Automated Phone Services
At First Community Credit Union, we understand
how it is sometimes difficult to get to the Credit Union, so we
developed P.A.T., your Personal Account Teller. P.A.T. is available
FREE 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. P.A.T. gives dates and amounts
of paid checks, dates and amounts of the last 5 deposits, transfers
funds between accounts, gives balances on numerous accounts, sends
you a check in the mail from any savings account, and much more.
P.A.T. is an easy, and convenient way to access
the latest information about any of your accounts. And because you
are the only person with an access code to your account, no one
else is able to access your account without your authorization.

Direct Deposit
Direct Deposit is probably the safest and most
convenient method of depositing your payroll, government or social
security checks. These and other types of recurring checks can be
directly deposited into your checking or savings account. Direct
Deposit is just one more way First Community makes banking here
easy.
The Payroll Deduction Plan is as convenient as
Direct Deposit. Members can specify a regular amount to be deducted
from each paycheck and deposited into an account. Payroll Deduction
is an easy way to save and make loan payments. Ask your employer
if they offer Payroll Deduction.
First Community can also make automatic deposits
from your account at another financial institution to your FCCU
account. You just tell us where, when and how much and we'll do
the rest.
A member's employer must offer Direct Deposit service
in order for the Credit Union to receive Direct Deposit payrolls.
Direct Deposit allows members to deposit their entire check to the
Credit Union. Members money is available once funds are received
by the Credit Union. A member may choose tohave portions of their
payroll or recurring checks allocated to other accounts and/or loans,
too.
The Lending Center
First Community has developed an easy and convenient
method of applying for loans. We know it is not always possible
to come to the Credit Union to fill out applications so we developed
the Lending Center. Friendly and efficient loan representatives
are waiting to answer questions, calculate payments, or take your
loan application over the phone any time of day.
