TEXAS UNCLAIMED PROPERTY
Wouldn’t it be great to find money that you didn’t
know existed? The Texas Unclaimed Property website will help you
identify assets (money and tangibles) that have been escheated to
the State of Texas. Examples could be checks that were never cashed,
accounts at financial institutions, refunds or items in an abandoned
safe deposit box. Log on to www.window.state.tx.us/up/
and click on “Search Online for Your Property.” The
site includes links to other states’ unclaimed property websites.
You may be surprised to find pennies from heaven just waiting for
you to claim!
