Pay your Credit Card or RediCash through one of the options below. 
  • Mobile Deposit – Deposit a check to your FCCU account and then transfer your payment inside FCCU’s Online Banking. Click here to login to online banking now. Need to enroll in Online Banking? Click here to start.
  • ACH – contact your other financial institution to set up an ACH payment.
  • Bill Pay – Make an FCCU loan payment from another credit union or bank using their Bill Pay service. Be sure to include your member number. For example, if your member number is 1234560 and your loan number is 155, input your account number as 1234560155 to ensure proper crediting.


Call Center Agent

A convenience fee of $15 will apply for payments made with a Call Center Agent.
  • Call Center Agent: Call 281.856.5300> Select Option 1 for loans> Select Option 4 to make a payment with a Call Center Agent


Automated Phone System Payments

  • Automated Phone System Payments: Call 281.856.5300 > Select Option 1 for loans > Select Option 3 to make a payment.

NOTE: Payments made before 6pm CST will be effective the same day but may take 2-3 business days to post to the loan being paid. Payments made after 6pm CST, will be effective the following business day. Self-service payments via Online, Text or through the Automated Phone system will be assessed a nominal fee of $5. Payments made through a Call Center Agent will be $15. Credit Cards are excluded as a loan payment option. All Debit Cards are an acceptable means of payment.
