Message Regarding Coronavirus

A message from our CEO.

Beginning Monday, March 23rd, many of our branches will have limited access; however, we are still here to serve you during this difficult time.

We understand that you may have concerns around coronavirus (aka: COVID-19) and how you will handle your banking activities during this time. First, the health and safety of our members, employees and their families is top of mind for us and we have been in preparation mode for several weeks. Here’s what we’ve done at our branches to help with the situation:

  • All branches have hand-sanitizing stations in place either at the entrance/exit, by the video teller units inside our branches or both to provide everyone with the opportunity to clean your hands after making a transaction or visiting with a Personal Banker.
  • Make an appointment online with a personal banker cutting down on wait time as well as the time you are within social distance of others.
